Receptionist

In addition to possessing a client centered, upbeat and friendly demeanor, responsibilities include answering multi line phone system, greeting clients promptly, scheduling appointments, setting up and updating client records, invoicing, financial transactions and filing.

Veterinary Technicians and Assistants

Certified veterinary technicians have completed a college training course at an accredited veterinary technology school, taken and passed the certification test, and are licensed. Responsibilities include assisting the doctor in medical, surgical or dental procedures, administering medications, taking radiographs, admit and discharge patients on the doctor’s orders, understand usage and dosage for all prescription drugs, hospital maintenance, client communication, inventory and daily care of hospitalized patients.

Kennel Assistants

Kennel assistants must be flexible with their schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include cleaning cages and runs on a daily basis, feeding, watering and walking dogs in the kennel, cleaning litter boxes, laundry, recording accurate information on the pets medical chart, communicate with doctors, technicians and staff, check in and checkout boarding animals and perform daily kennel maintenance.

Groomers

Groomers must enjoy working with the animals and their owners. Responsibilities include grooming daily appointments, maintaining the grooming room and equipment, recording important information regarding the animal on their medical charts and communicate with doctors and owners on the animals other veterinary or grooming needs.
